Independently managing the operational procurement process (requesting quotations, supplier selection, order processing, handling order confirmations and verifying incoming invoices)
Monitoring and following up on delivery dates and supplier notifications
Handling customer complaints
Maintaining master data in the ERP system
Additional organisational tasks and proactive involvement in the further development of procurement processes
Your profile:
Completed commercial or business studies training (apprenticeship | HAK/HLW)
Professional experience in procurement (preferably in the steel and mechanical engineering sectors) with a strong focus on quality and cost
A basic understanding of technical matters would be an advantage
A structured, precise, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
Ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and a confident manner
Proficiency in MS Office and professional experience with ERP systems
Very good command of German and English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting from 3,000 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
