HSE Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, monitoring and optimising all operational processes in the areas of health and safety and environmental management. 
• Preparation and compilation of reports and safety-related documentation
• Assistance with the preparation and maintenance of all safety-related documents, such as risk assessments, emergency plans, fire safety plans, training materials, etc. 
• Organising and delivering safety briefings 
• Drafting of training materials as well as operational and behavioural instructions
• Support in the implementation of and compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines in the field of occupational safety
• Support in the implementation of EN ISO 45001

 

Your profile: 

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, workshop foreman, etc.)
• Several years’ professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industry-related environment
• Completed training as a safety officer
• Completed training as a fire safety officer; waste management officer or hazardous substances officer would be an advantage
• Independent, structured and systematic approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good command of German and good command of English

A gross salary of 3,800 euros is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
