Apprenticeship in painting technology (m/f/d)
As a painting technician, you will paint machine parts, vehicles and equipment. You will ensure that surfaces are properly cleaned, filled, sanded and primed before painting. To ensure top quality, you’ll be working with state-of-the-art technology.
An overview of your apprenticeship content:
- Preparing surfaces – cleaning, sanding and masking
- Painting components and surfaces using modern painting techniques
- Working with paints, varnishes and coating materials
- Operating paint finishing systems and tools
- Quality control and working safely in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

Duration of the apprenticeship: 3 years
The apprentice’s salary (gross per month) in accordance with the collective agreement for the metalworking industry is:
1st year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,071.00
2nd year of apprenticeship: EUR 1,295.40
3rd Apprenticeship year: EUR 1,657.50
Good performance at vocational college and in the final apprenticeship examination pays off with us and is rewarded accordingly.
