Human Resources Development with a focus on e-learning (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Design, development and ongoing refinement of our digital learning programmes
• Creation and production of modern e-learning content (e.g. videos, interactive modules and learning pathways)
• Developing a sustainable e-learning strategy and expanding our digital training portfolio
• Administering, optimising and further developing our learning management platform (LMS)
• Collaboration with specialist departments to analyse training needs and develop tailored learning concepts
• Ensuring modern pedagogical standards and the use of innovative learning methods and digital learning technologies (e.g. AI)

Your profile: 

• Completed vocational training or a degree in human resources development, education, HR, educational sciences or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in the field of HR development, e-learning or continuing professional development
• Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and in creating digital learning content
• A flair for teaching and an interest in modern learning formats, digital media and AI-supported learning technologies
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Creativity and a passion for designing learning programmes tailored to specific target groups
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with different departments
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

For this full-time position, a gross salary starting at 3,400 euros is offered. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
