Group Leader Construction (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Leading and developing the design team (approx. 15 people)
• Responsibility for planning and controlling budgets and resources
• Optimisation of design processes, ensuring efficient and innovative workflows, continuous improvement of design techniques and methods
• Collaboration with other departments such as development, production and quality assurance
• Regular coordination with technical management and reporting on the progress of projects and strategic goals

Your profile:

• Completed technical studies (eg. FH, Uni etc. )
• Multiple years of design and management experience
• Experience in working with 3D CAD systems
• Outgoing personality with the ability to solve complex problems independently and proactively
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking and a high degree of initiative
• Business fluent in German and English

An annual salary from € 80.000.00 gross is planned. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
