Identifying quality problems, analysing causes and finding solutions

Initial sample tests, inspections and acceptance tests at the supplier
Identification of quality problems, root cause analysis and solution finding
Complaints management for purchased parts
Involvement in process optimisation and quality assurance at the supplier
Creation of templates for component-specific quality documentation (dimensional reports, test plans)
Collaboration with various departments (production, warehouse, purchasing, QA)
Collaboration in setting up the "Supplier Quality Engineering" department and an expanded supplier portfolio
Your profile:
Completed technical education (e.g. HTL, FH, apprenticeship). e.g. HTL, FH, metal apprenticeship)
Multiple years of professional experience in supplier management, quality assurance, production or technical testing in steel construction
Knowledge of drawing reading, measurement technology and common testing methods
Advanced knowledge of quality methods (e.g.FMEA)
Auditor training
Knowledge or training in non-destructive testing and welding technology (IWE) an advantage
Accuracy, structured way of working, convincing and confident appearance, communication skills
Experience in using MS Office and ERP systems
Willingness to travel approx. 30%
Very good written and spoken German and good English

For this position, a gross salary from €3,500 is envisaged on a full-time basis. We are happy to overpay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
