Have you already gained some initial work experience following the successful completion of your HTL and are you now keen to kick-start your career? Then you’ve come to the right place!


Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth running of the production line for our technical container systems
  • Supporting team leaders in managing and coordinating line staff
  • Providing technical and organisational support during ongoing production operations
  • Analysing faults and initiating and implementing improvement measures
  • Contributing to the optimisation of processes, workflows and manufacturing techniques
  • Acting as a liaison between production, engineering, Purchasing, Logistics and other internal departments

Your profile: 

  • Completed technical training (e.g. HTL in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
  • Initial practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment (at least 2–3 years)
  • Good technical understanding and a practical approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a talent for organisation
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping the future
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English would be an advantage

A gross salary of €3,400 is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
