Your responsibilities:
Monitoring and ensuring the smooth running of the production line for our technical container systems
Supporting team leaders in managing and coordinating line staff
Providing technical and organisational support during ongoing production operations
Analysing faults and initiating and implementing improvement measures
Contributing to the optimisation of processes, workflows and manufacturing techniques
Acting as a liaison between production, engineering, Purchasing, Logistics and other internal departments
Your profile:
Completed technical training (e.g. HTL in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
Initial practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment (at least 2–3 years)
Good technical understanding and a practical approach
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a talent for organisation
Willingness to take on responsibility and play an active role in shaping the future
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English would be an advantage

A gross salary of €3,400 is offered for this full-time position. We are happy to offer a higher salary depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
