IT Network Technician with responsibility for security (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the setup, configuration and maintenance of our network infrastructure
• Ensuring IT security through regular reviews and optimisations of the security architecture
• Implementation and monitoring of security solutions (e.g. firewalls, VPNs, VPNs, security appliances, etc.). firewalls, VPNs, antivirus software)
• Supporting the integration of new network technologies and solutions
• Collaborating closely with internal departments to identify and implement security requirements
• Analysing and resolving network issues and performing regular system and security updates
• Training and advising colleagues on secure IT practices and network security

Your profile:

• Completed training and relevant professional experience in the field of network technology and IT security
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies (e.g. LAN, WAN, routing, network security).e.g. LAN, WAN, routing, switching)
• Experience with security solutions and technologies (e.g. firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience in homogeneous MS environments (incl. Microsoft Windows Server from version 2019; MS 365) an advantage
• Good knowledge of network security and ensuring data protection and integrity
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Certifications in the field of network security an advantage

The gross salary for this position is €3,300 based on full-time employment. We are happy to make an overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
