Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical leadership, organisation and further development of a motivated quality management team
• Compliance with and further development of our quality standards - both internally and towards customers
• Conducting quality controls, documentation and evaluation of processes
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and customer specifications
• Analysing sources of error and initiating measures to improve quality
• Preparing and conducting audits (internal and external)
• Developing and implementing quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

Your profile:

• Completed technical training
• Certification as a quality manager or equivalent training
• Multi-year experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally in a production-related environment
• Practical experience in the introduction, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems
• Management experience (team size 3-5 people)
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, high quality awareness, assertiveness and decisiveness
• Very good written and spoken Czech and English skills, German an advantage
